Refund Policy for Chana Muay Thai

1. General Policy
All membership fees paid to Chana Muay Thai are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This policy applies to all membership types, including but not limited to monthly, annual, and promotional memberships.

2. Membership Cancellation
To avoid future charges, members must actively cancel their membership before their next renewal date. Cancellations are the sole responsibility of the member and must be completed personally by the member through the official Spaces by Wix application. We do not accept cancellation requests by phone, email, or in-person at the gym.

3. Automatic Renewal
Memberships automatically renew on their scheduled billing date. It is the member’s responsibility to be aware of their renewal date and to submit their cancellation through the Spaces by Wix app in a timely manner. Fees charged due to a failure to cancel before the renewal date are not eligible for a refund.

4. Acknowledgment
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund policy and the specified cancellation procedure.
